Bag of Mosquitos

Yes … Alaska has a few mosquitos around from time to time! Make sure you have your bug dope or at least a headnet with you! This bag-o-mosquitos was collected by a "Mosquito Eater" … a machine that uses propane to attract them. This bag of mosquitoes was collected by friends of the photographer who have a cabin on the Kenai Peninsula.

Without a doubt all Alaskans, our visitors and all species of wildlife donate blood every summer!
