Description: Use your imagination to create a piece of hand-crafted art or to take a photograph that reflects the theme, "The Environment and the Home." For example, a chimney with a bad cough, or a home which uses energy from purely natural sources.

Congressional Art Competition

Open to: High school students. United States, (Students from (participating) congressional districts throughout the US are encouraged to submit. Most art forms are accepted.
